Air heating batteries
Batteries used to heat forced air in ducts or pipes, heaters, ovens and many other industrial purposes and air conditioning. Manufactured with rectangular or spiral fins, mounted on galvanised or stainless steel frames and with the added option of finishing them with a connection and regulation electric system included in a junction box for safe areas and ATEX areas. Mainly used in HVAC systems for the railway, naval and building sectors and the industry in general.
The batteries are grouped by use:
Mounted in air-conditioning ducts: Min. air speed 1.5m/s and max. air temperature: 60ºC
Central air treatment units: Min. air speed 1.5m/s and max. air temperature: 80ºC
Air heating in industrial processes: Min. air speed 2.5m/s and max. air temperature: 200ºC
Of high temperature: Min. air speed 1.55m/s and max. air temperature: 650ºC
Of loading: To test engines, equipment or installations that require high power consumption.
We can manufacture them, upon request, in different sizes, powers, voltages and materials, under the ML1000 naval standards against corrosion, etc.
