2. WEBSITE USER STATUS
Using http://iessoler.com/ (hereinafter the “WEBSITE”) makes you a user of the website and means that you fully and unreservedly accept each and every one of the provisions of the latest version of this legal disclaimer published by INDUSTRIAS ELÉCTRICAS SOLER S.A. (hereinafter “IES”) at the time you visit the WEBSITE. All users must carefully read these terms and conditions every time they use the WEBSITE, as they may be amended.
IES reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of use for the WEBSITE and the user is obliged to periodically review these terms and conditions.
3. OBJECT
These terms and conditions of use are for the purpose of regulating user entry to and subsequent browsing on the WEBSITE. These terms and conditions likewise regulate the relationship between the users and IES when the former use the WEBSITE provided by IES for any purpose.

(b) Description of the supposed illicit activity performed on the WEBSITE and, in particular, when the claim is in relation to a supposed infringement of rights, a precise and specific description of the protected content and the location of the same on the web pages;
(c) Facts or circumstances that reveal the illicit nature of this activity;
(d) In the event that rights have been infringed, the personal details of the holder of the rights that have supposedly been infringed;
(e) An express, clear statement by the claimant—for which the claimant will be held responsible—that the information they have provided in the notification and regarding the undue use of content or the activities described taking place is accurate.
IES will immediately adopt measures to amend or—where applicable—delete the aforementioned data or content.
All the services relating to use of software are protected by copyright and international copyright treaties and other laws and treaties relating to intellectual property. All ownership and intellectual property rights for the content accessed through use of the WEBSITE belong to IES or the respective owner and are also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION and CONFIDENTIALITY

8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The terms and conditions and use of the IES WEBSITE or any service provided by IES will be governed and interpreted pursuant to Spanish law and, for any controversy that may arise due to use of this service, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
