Drum heaters
Drum heaters in different shapes, electric products to heat/maintain temperatures in drums filled with oil, fat, paraffin, plastic materials, chocolate, rubber, honey, gas, chemicals, etc.
Metal heating belt: RBL model made of steel sheet embedded with side-shielded resistors all around the inside which heat the drum and all its contents. It has thermal insulation to avoid temperature loss. To control temperature this equipment has an electrical switchboard with a general switch, contactor and thermostat and is also fitted with wheels for easy handling and schuko plug wiring.
Metal base: RBF model with a heating base at the bottom of the drum in painted steel, with stainless inside resistor and schuko plug wiring.
Flexible band or blanket heater: Surface heating systems that can be used on flat, round, conical or other surfaces. Made of fibreglass or silicone for outdoor installations or tanks in different materials (metal, plastic, fibre, etc.). All these heating systems adapt to different containers, including drums, IBC tanks, barrels, bottles, etc. To be used in industrial sectors, such as the synthetic-resin hardening, wind power and car industries.
Immersion heaters: DPBTX model designed for direct contact with the liquid being heated. Its L-shaped design makes it easier to insert it in the drum and only the bottom of the resistor is active, therefore allowing you to heat half-empty drums. Available for different loads (w/cm2) to adjust to different thin, thick or viscous materials.
